About GLK United
GLK United are an FA Charter Standard football club who have been providing football for young people in Northampton and the surrounding areas since 2013. A volunteer organisation with the overarching aim to provide young people; boys and girls from ages of five to 18 the opportunity to play football in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. GLK have approximately 300 children who are members across the club's many age-groups, supported by qualified football coaches, who are first aid and safeguarding trained, as well as holding up to date DBS/CRCs.
The main purpose of GLK is to give local youngsters the opportunity to play competitive football in a safe and supportive environment. A purpose which GLK have maintained over the years, whilst achieving some notable success. The club always promotes fair play and respect, ensuring all players are given equal opportunities, enabling them to enjoy football for what it is - a game!
